Robert Adkins is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Skybox Critical Operations, with over 30 years of real estate experience, including extensive expertise in data center management and deployment. Previously, he served as Executive Facilities Engineering Lead at IBM, overseeing site selection and technical design for data centers worldwide. At Skybox, Robert delivers tailored solutions for enterprise and hyperscale clients, optimizing environments and driving resilient, sustainable innovations.

Carrie Kelly
Carrie Kelly is the Human Resources Manager at Skybox Critical Operations, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and legal counsel. Prior to joining Skybox, she held multiple senior roles at the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Human Resources. At Skybox, Carrie drives initiatives that strengthen culture, develop talent, and advance operational excellence.
